I assume that you are taking about your breasts?
I have to say yes they will but if you only lose a small amount of weight then they may not change much, i have always had a F cup but i lost a massive amount of weight a couple of yrs ago and i dropped down to a DD which was very depressing thankfully i have gained them back again tho!
