I gave her my email but im a tad worried that Ill never hear from her and theres an even larger chance Ill never see her again and its ripping my insides apart.Ive been sitting up crying for about 2 hours now and I keep trying to reason with myself and use logic but its just not helping.I cant go into the whole bing junk food eat a whole tub of ice cream because Ive gone on a healthy diet since I met her and now if I eat any junk I jsut puke it right back up. I want help and distractions please and advice on how to stop being depressed over this cause I dont want to end up dying.I jsut know I have to see her again otherwise I might end up doing something drastic in a bad way.Thank you and sorry about the typing errors I can barely see what im doing cause im crying so much.xxInItForLovexx

I'm sorry you're feeling so upset and distressed over this.
My advice is that if she is worth all the heart ache you're feeling, she will contact you. You gave her your email so if she liked you she will send you an email. If you don't hear back then she doesn't feel the same about you or she just lost the email. Either way don't beat yourself up about it. Try to do things that take your mind off it. I know that its hard when you're depressed and you probably can't think of anything else. But it would really help you if you spend some time with people you love and can talk to, your family or friends. Just take your mind off it. Do something you love doing, look after yourself. Remember no one is worth beating yourself up over. You will feel better in time, honestly!
Hope this helps :)
