I wonder what's causing this ?.

Last week,my period was really heavy for the first couple of days,then for the last three days there was a little bit of blood,then it stopped abit,then there was just abit of blood again.And during the first couple of days,i noticed blood on the toilet paper when i wiped behind too,although it didnt feel like any blood came out there.And I am usually on my period for a full week,but i was on for 5 days,then it stopped,then i had abit of blood on the 7th day.And since i finished my period,i had excruitiating pain in my stomach and bladder area last night,and there was a white discharge.it was so bad when i was lying down when i was asleep that i had to sit up.
