writes: heyx I was just wondering if this is an anorexic diet: eating 200 calories one day, 400 the next, 600 the next, 800 the next, and the next day fast completely, and then repeat the cycle all ova again on this day system. Also, everyday doing 100 crunches, 100 sit ups, and one hour on the treadmill doing 6.5km (4 miles) per hour. Is this eating more than most annorexics? not thatIi want to be one, but my little sister is doing this diet (she told me) and I feel a bit scared for her. plz give me as much info as you can. Is she annorexic doing what she is doing?thankyouxxx
