Daniel the love doctor agony auntIf in fact you have been nominated in your class as the most beautiful, then it can be intimidating for most guys to approach you... as BassChick said.

But even though you didn't have as many boyfriends as your friends, just tell yourself that love will come... you WILL meet a good guy one day... and BELIEVE it. I think what also may help in your situation is for you to take some initiative.

If guys are indeed intimidated, show them you're inviting. In other words, give them a reason to approach you. Smile, flirt, show positive body language, etc. And if you're bold enough, you can even tell them that you're attracted to them. Mention to them that you find them cute- or compliment them on something (Ex. their eyes, their intelligence, their muscles, etc.).

You should also go to places where guys are more likely to approach you (Ex. clubs, social events, etc). There's no guarantee you'll meet someone that may end up as your boyfriend there. But you'll increase your chance tenfold by putting yourself in an environment where you can meet more guys.

Best Wishes!

A female reader, Basschick Australia +, writes (28 April 2012):

Basschick agony auntBecause most beautiful can be most intimidating to most guys. Buy some cheap glasses. Go out without make up. Wear faded jeans. Try to look like the girl next door who's beauty kind of sneaks up on you and be normal. When a girl is most beautiful she's usually very into her looks. Her make up has to be done (sometimes over done) her hair has to be perfect. She spends hours getting ready for the simplest thing and that just spells high maintenance to most guys. Guys are attracted to a woman who's uncomplicated. Who's up for anything; hiking, biking, basketball. Who's not afraid to get dirty. Who doesn't need 3 hours prep time to go shoot pool. If you want to seem "real" you have to be "real". It's nice that you got that title. Now you have to be more normal.
