I want to be in a relationship with her, but I don't know just how to do it, without risking our friendship.I think she's pretty clueless to my feelings, but whenever we are walking around with the rest of our friends, she prefers to walk with me and talk to me, but then she'll just go off me for a while and come back, so I don't know what to do.She just got out of a relationship, so she might not want to be with someone just yet, but I can't help it, I like her more than I've liked anyone else, but some other person likes her too, s that adds a competitiveness as well. Please, please, tell me, what should I do?

Be careful, if she's just gotten out of a relationship she will probably be all over the place. i agree with just a human, give her hints but try to be flirty instead of a brother like figure :)
Once you feel that she is picking up, maybe arrange a romantic dinner at your place just the two of you, let her know gently
so that she doesn't freak out. And the main thing is to be understanding, she probably will tell you to wait but who knows what could happen
best of luck hun ;)
