Well you can't string them both on seeing which one will have you.
Learn to say no. You are being horrible and are going to cause hurt if you don't.
Since you seem more interested in your old ex I would tell your new one that you have moved on and you are sorry but you can't get back with her.
Then you can try things with your old ex and see what happens. Why not just hold her all night. All you seem to be interested in is sex with her and if she picks up on that she will be gone like a shot. If you care about her then be there for her. Give her hugs and talk to her about things. Show her you care.
If you don't care and do just want sex then just be single as you will end up hurting both of these women.
