Here is an important thing that a lot of girls don't seem to understand. You should still be pumping/sucking while he is cumming.
It's not about swallowing or not (different whole topic), its just about finishing the orgasm. He doesn't stop pumping as soon as he starts to cum inside your vagina, does he?
