writes:how do i leave my husband with no job or money,he is a drunk,we have 2 kids together 6 and 7,he is very mentally abusive to us,he has no job because he got fired from a rally great paying job due to his substance abuse, he does nothing around the house and i have just let everything go because i am so over worked around the house plus looking for work, i am to the point to where i just want out but i want to no how to do this i am looking for work but i want out now,some one please help me with this.

First of all you need to get out. With your kids witnessing this could teach them that it is normal to be treated this way. I believe there are services that you can go to for help. Women's shelters. In my town there is a place for victims of domestic violence and they help you with anything you need. Do some research where you live, go to the welfare office. But please do not think he will change id he begs you to stay and promises he will change. They never do.

 I'm sorry you and your kids have to go through this. Go with family they are always willing to help. There are also center for abuse women and children where you they offer counseling and some even help you find a job I will enclose the link so you can find help near you. Just remember you made a smart decision and the smartest thing you can do is walk out of this abusive relationship and you are getting your children out of that violent environment.
