Incidentally, I find lots of all-over baby oil a big turn-on when making love to my wife, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

No not to my knowledge. But baby oil and other oil based lubricants can cause condom damage.
As for the pains in your tummy - go see your GP and get checked out.

I don't know how to advise you about the pains you're having. Do go see a medical practitioner about that!
However, KY - even lots of it - isn't going to hurt you. It's water-soluable and melts at body temperature, so even if you use a whole tube of it, it will eventually melt to a liquid and leak away/wipe off. It also washes off with soap and water, so you can get rid of any excess in the shower.
Try to avoid using baby oil as a lubricant, as it's 99% mineral oil and 1% fragrance. Mineral oil needs a solvent to remove it (which is why you can put it on a baby's bottom to prevent a rash - urine and other water-based liquids don't remove it). It's not good stuff to have in your vagina or anus. There's also the possibility that it may affect the latex of any condom, so you're best to stay away from it for sexual purposes.
I don't think mineral oil can cause any health problems (especially not abdominal pains), so it's likely that it's not what you're using during sex, but what you're *doing* that's causing your discomfort.
Go see a doctor and tell him or her about it, so you can get proper medical advice.
Take care of yourself.
