Ive started taking the mini pill and also had tablets prescribed by my doctor to stop the bleeding but they only make it lighter.Lastweek i was really heavy and i believe that was my period. Im past that stage now but still bleeding very lightly yet constantly.Im annoyed as i go on holiday tommorow and this is going to ruin it completly!

You must go back to your doctor.
And then at some point I suggest absolutely no more synthetic hormones in your body. It will take even as much as a year for your body to restore its natural hormone cycle so that you don't bleed like that.
If your regular doctor can't help, go to a specialist.

I would suggest you go see your doctor.

You took the morning after pill but then you also went on the mini pill so this is going to take your body a while to get used to all off this change. After your holiday if you are still bleeding go back to your doctor for a check up. But am afraid there is no other answer I can give you to this other than your body is trying to adapt to the changes. Just make sure you are eating plenty of food with is high in iron so that you don't get run down.
