writes: I often go to the same region of Spain for holidays,i know people there,2 years ago i met an amazing English lady there,we embark on a mad 6 months relationship,it moved very fast,then suddenly without any warning she ended it,said it had no future,i was devastated,made the mistake of next time i went on holiday contacting and we met up,since been out there 2 more times met up,she came to England to visit family and we met up she in fact stayed at my house,we also text often and exchanged letters,all the time i secretly wanted her back but wasent brave enough to say anything,anyway she has now returned to england for good,i decided this was the time to tell her how i feel,so you can imagine how i felt when she told me she had been on a date,i have since told her on the phone how i feel,she told me that the reason she ended it was the distance,ive written to her as well,we are still in text contact and are doing the mates thing,as if i really want to be a mate,not sure what to do if anything,she knows now how i feel,its written down so she can read how i feel,she seemed shocked when i told her,any advice
