I met this guy over IM and one of my friends knew him so I went and met him. When we first started talking he became a good friend of mine, I could tell him anything and I still can, but I'm worried, I keep getting told I'm too young to have a boyfriend and I have my whole life ahead of me but I thought he was the one, he can't be if I keep wanting to break up with him though, can he? Of course you're not too young to have a boyfriend...you DO have your whole life ahead of you and you should think of this as a learning experience to help you figure out what you really want/don't want in a boyfriend. So don't break up with him just because other people think you should.
If you keep wanting to break up with him, though, chances are things aren't going to work out. It seems like your gut is telling you something: maybe you see him as more of a friend. But you should ask yourself, "Why do we keep arguing?" "Why do I want to break up with him?" "Why DON'T I want to break up with him?"
What does he think about all this? Ultimately, it's up to you and no one else, but make sure you understand everything before you decide to break up with him or not. Just do what will make you happiest.
