It could probably destroy his career if anything happened between you. Also, his conduct here is grossly unprofessional and unethical. Frankly if he takes it further he should be reported. Do NOT attempt to get involved with him. At best it will be a lot of drama and secrecy, at worst it will destroy his career and your reputation.
Don't put your higher education in jeopardy. Surely there must be some hot, intelligent students you could date rather than a lecherous prof nearly thirty years your senior?
