Pray. When no one is around to hear, when nobody offers a hug for comfort, when everything seems to go wrong, when you feel so weak and incapable to take control on your own just kneel in a dark room, alone and do a prayer. I have no better advice than this bro.

You cant always try looking into the Department of Mental Health for your county or city.
St. John's Wort is an herbal remedy sold at drug stores that's supposed to help with things like depression. You can look into that since you can't get medication right now. Otherwise, best of luck to you.
