I feel so guilty too because it's not just her I think about, but my teacher, the waitress at the coffee shop, the girl in my chemistry class, the women in the Pantene commercials, and on and on and on! My friends say if you masturbate, it goes away, but I find this is completely untrue. And I don't want to look at porn either, because I'm scared it will just make me think about sex even more! I don't want to think about sex all the time, I just want to go back to being normal!

I think about it the same way you do, the waiter, the bus driver sexy actor/actress on tv, it doesnt matter who or where it's just always the first and last thing on my mind....
You are normal, dont be embarrassed or think there's anything wrong with you, we ALL do it. Also please do not spoil the relationship you have with your best friend by suggesting anything to her - unless she brings it up. Sex can be had with anyone but friendship is built over time & in regard to your experiences as firends.
