Try taking a couple of Tylenols. A vibrator on the sore spots might help.

 To my knowledge they may not be related, HOWEVER, they may all be caused by the same things (severe change in weather, etc...). Look for something that might be cause of the 3, instead of one of the 3 causing the others.-FBK
