I know you'd really love to talk to her about it but if she refuses there's little you can do.Maybe she needs time alone so she can think clearly but at the end of the day you'll have to talk to her to set your mind at peace.If you can,write a note telling her some of the things you wana say or a text message but don't be aggressive as you'll make people suspicious.

 If she does not want to talk, respect her wish. There is nothing to talk .After all, it has happened and whatever happened , just let it go. You do not have to tell her why it happened or give excuses or explain. She is not in the mood or in the proper frame of mind to talk to you .
She does not want to recall what happened and is trying to move on. What ever happens between you two, just accept it.If she still wants to be your friend, good , otherwise ,move on and forget this episode.
Do you think what you want to say will have any effects on her? She has already formed her opinions about you. It is not easy to change her thoughts. What you can say to her is only sorry for whatever happened as you were drunk and not in control.

 That depends. Does she think you took advantage of her or does she believe it was just two drunk people who did something stupid and now she cant face you? If she thinks you took advantage, then I don't know what you can do. Probably nothing right now. If it's the other all you can do is try and leave her a nice message on e-mail or even a letter. After that it's up to her.
