reader, anonymous, writes (1 June 2015): We have no idea if she will reject you. Everyone takes that risk when expressing their feelings to someone they like. I think you should keep it light-hearted and say something like "I think you are amazing! Are you single?" If she is, then say "Want to grab lunch one day next week?"...If she isn't single just say "Lucky guy." And continue being her friend. If she says she is willing to go to lunch take it from there. If she does not want to, still be her friend and don't take it personal.
