Hi everyone. I just wanted a bit of advice - i really fancy my friends older brother. He's really cute and lovely and we're into the same stuff and things. I think (hopefully anyway!) that he feels the same, and if we did get together I think my friend would be fine with it. But the thing is, as i only know him cause he's my friends brother, i have no way of getting to know him other than to ask my friend if she can set us up or give him my number. Would that be really weird? I'm really close to her so i dont want to do anything that might jeopardise our friendship. Any advice? Thank you :) x

tennisstar88 agony auntHonestly, it's never a good idea to date your friend's brother. Because if you two have a nasty break up, she's most likely going to side with her own flesh and blood.

You could talk to your friend about her brother. Maybe tell her that you're really crushing on him..and ask would it be weird if you tried to date him. Get her blessing first. Then proceed to make a move on him, don't have your friend play Cupid. It could potentially backfire.
