A female reader, anonymous, writes (31 December 2008):

Awwwww dont cry. look im 16 so im near enough your age and im friends with 2 girls that both lost parents this year. Il tell you something they did that helped them a bit.

Do you believe in any type of religion? if so or even if not just sit in a quite place by your self, maybe light a candle or have a picture of him and just say a short prayer or pome then talk to him like he was never gone...tell him everything you want him to know. Then when your done tell him how much you love him and how you want him to stay with you and your family for the rest of yer lives.

This might help you to let out your emotions and remember him in a good way and remember all the good times ye had.

I really hope this helps you in some way and il say a prayer for you and your dad tonight. best wishes from emer..xox
