My body has these new urges. I had sex with my ex boyfriend this morning and he even commented on how 'wet' I was. I thought sex with him would help but an hour later I got sexually aroused again. I really don't understand why this is happening. Is there anything I can do to stop it?

I agree with SVC - you are probably ovulating. It should pass in a couple of days.
You might also have some hormonal changes coming up.

I know that I am not the only one who's affected by the "once in the blue moon" few nights ago. That only happens once in three years. I have not had sex in 9 months, haven't been craving it. Few nights ago I had a crazy vivid dream about a past lover that in reality I ignored his calls, 2 years ago. I got very horny for the next few days. Right now I am back to normal. If you have to masturbate do it. Other than that be a vegetarian for a while. No chocolate, no nuts and no seafood.

You may be ovulating. That would explain the wet too...
women get pregnant when they ovulate and have sex so nature has designed our bodies to be more receptive to sex (i.e. you are more lubricated naturally for several reasons... natural lubricant, in addition to making penetration more comfortable and practically effortless will also help the semen/sperm travel to the egg more readily.
the desire to orgasm is a desire to have sex and therefore up your chances of becoming pregnant.
if it does not pass in a few days... well then it's something else.
