But I don't know who would be the better option.ideally I would like someone to tell me what the best options are for my particular needs and I've read of eating for your blood type and foods and vitamins that work well for or against you and to take the natural organic way I'm eating healthy food to bring back my vitality my stamina and possibly help my hair grow healthier.I feel I need to see a therapist as I've screwed up my relationships by focusing on work and family responsibilities that I neglected my girlfriend and lost myself and in the end broke it off because she would always tell me what I didn't do right and what I did wrong so I ended it as I couldn't take it anymore as I'm at a point where I don't like who I am nor what I've become and I need to focus on myself and finding myself but I don't know where to start. I need an intervention of sorts. Hence why I've thought ov starting with health and working on my confidence. Please help

Look Im not sure what you are wanting help with here, you seem like a smart guy to me, you know what you want, so therefore go and get it. Speak to a nutritionist. Sign up to a gym. Cut back on work, work to live, don't live to work. Go see a therapist about your mental health and why you put work first, and you will soon be back on track. Give yourself a break.

According to Bertram Russell: 'One of the symptoms of approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one's work is terribly important. If I were a medical man I should prescribe a long holiday to any patient who considered his work important.'
