One more thing, if you don't produce enough estrogen then they should be putting you on estrogen pills in addition to Clomid.
Also, are you and your partner married, engaged?? You both want a child, correct? Are you finished with school and have a stable career? Because having a child is very expensive..so at least one of you has to be finished with university and have a secure income otherwise you will financially struggle. Just something to think about.

If you didn't have a period for 7 months, that sounds like polycystic ovarian syndrome. Because if you don't have a period, then you don't ovulate thus why you're not getting pregnant.
Has your partner been for a sperm analysis?

Or you don't produce as much estrogen as you should. They should've put you on Metformin to regulate your cycle and fertility and most likely Clomid which is an ovulation enhancer. I would ask your gyno about those pills.
You can google about pregnancy symptoms, they vary in women. And other tips are you need to be tracking your cycle, using ovulation tests to find out when you ovulate, and buy a basal temp thermometer to chart your temperatures. But seriously, before you do all that your gyno needs to find out why you don't have a period every month.
