We were supposed to move in together, but at the last minute we decided that it wasn’t a good idea because we’ve been having a lot of stupid fights lately. For his birthday a month ago, I planned for us to go away this weekend. I figured we would just scratch the plans since we broke up and the money would just be wasted. We’ve been talking somewhat regularly since we broke up, trying to figure out if we should still try to be together. Anyway, yesterday he called me and asked if we can still go away together this weekend. I agreed. We have a great time together, generally, and really do care about each other and love each other. I’d like for us to have a nice weekend together and don’t want to it to be awkward. He asked me if I expect us to be affectionate, touching, kissing, etc. I told him I didn’t know and asked what he thought. He said he wanted to see how we feel this weekend. I kind of need a pep talk about how to handle this weekend, how to act, stuff like that. Any advice?
