You don't control who you are attracted to, but you do control what fantasies you indulge in, and what actions you plan to take.
Start going out to places where you can meet women, and start dating real women to keep yourself occupied, instead of spending you time pining, being a victim of your hormones.
I doubt you "love" her. Sounds like "lust" to me.

She is after all married to your brother at the end of the day. Family stick together - they don't go around breaking up their marriages!!! As for her liking you - yeah she prob does - ONLY tho as her husband's brother and nothing more. I'm sure there are plenty of girls your age, who are single and available who would only love to go out with you.
