writes:I started dating someone last year after a long period of just hanging out with different guys. We instantly had very strong intense feelings for each other but at the same time were fighting constantly. My issue was that he didn't like to make plans, he would just call when he wanted to see me. This got old fast and I told him to take a hike. But we missed each other tremendously and would start seeing each other again. This all only lasted about three months after which point I did not contact him or speak with him at all. Then we saw each other again after a few months and all the feelings and intensity came back. We have since been dating again, and this time it's a little better, but we still have huge communication problems. We have told one another that we love each other but I honestly don't know what that love is based on since we don't have a lot in common and we don't spend a lot of time together. I'm not 15, I've been married and have three grown children...but is this like the puppy love I had when I was?

I seriously considered the answer that was provided to my question and since have spoken up and told this man how I felt. He has not tried to contact me or reconcile in any way so I guess you were right!! Thanks for your mature insight!

will I ever? is verified as being by the original poster of the questionIn response to the first answer I received, which was pretty perceptive, I would say a good portion of our relationship is physical so you could be on the right track. I guess I see the possibility of it being more but he is not willing to bring me into his life or want to enter mine, either. Just mismatched I guess, huh?

 I am a younger blogger, but we have something in common. We both seem to be attracted to people who are not so good for us. I have some what of a personal question- when you two are together is it mostly a sexual attraction? I was in a relationship where we loved having sex with one another but realized we didn't have anything in common but sex, so as hard as it was we had to leave each other alone so that we both could find a love that we deserve.
