However, there's a couple of bad things about him too. One, he is my brother's best friend (it sort of annoyed my brother when we went out); and two, he doesn't act like a boyfriend but more of a close friend. Just recently, he said he wants me back and that he doesn't care about what my brother thinks about "us" anymore. On the other hand, there's Eddy. He's Roy's friend. He's really fun to be with and definitely boyfriend material. I mean, I could see me going out with him. Eddy's also a hottie (which probably isn't a big deal but still ^^). The bad thing is that he is Roy's friend, and it would be pretty messed up if I do go out with Eddy... The other thing is that I've heard from a couple people that he's a manwhore, but Eddy denies it. He says I'm the only girl he likes. So anywho, I like both of them evenly. I don't know if I should give Roy a second chance or get over him and go out with Eddy. Please help! Thanks!

I'm not sure how this will go over in today world, but... in time of ol'...You're young, don't commit. Date both of them and be a good girl! He's your brother's best-friend might make a break-up later a little more annoying for your brother as both you and Roy may avoid each other. There's also the irritation of "guess what I did with your sister" jokes that would now take on a hard edge.If that's the *only* thing bad about Roy, tell your brother to man-up and get over it. The deal is your brother gets to punch Roy if he dumps you and Roy has man-up and stay his friend afterwards. Then you all move on.
