I really like a girl with me in school. I started to get to know her and liked her so became more interested and started talking more often. We were once talking and i dont know how i told her i liked her and wanted to know how she felt and she made it clear to me that i was no more than a good friend.

But since then she started to talk to me more and we got closer, started to talk on the phone past midnight for long hours and became much closer. And now i am even more desperate for her i like her even more and have no idea whether i should stop and think of her no more than a friend or make a move and do something do what.... well thats what i need help in.

I was thinking along the lines of telling her that she is very special to me and that i really like her and want to know if this could work or something... so please suggest to me what i should do/say.

Thanks in advance.

xLEAHx agony auntNo i don't think sending her a valentines card will seem like your putting pressure on her at all,not if you send a card 'TO SOMEONE SPECIAL ON VALENTINES DAY'its a just a way of letting someone how you feel and what they mean to you..

Ryder agony auntThanks for your opinion guys, But xLEAHx wouldnt sending something on valentines seem to serious to her? I mean she might get like pressured or something... I mean i want to do it, but in the same time i don't want to spoil the friendship cause things would get messy and awkward in school so if i do this i want to make sure it counts...

Any tips and advices on making sure she likes me or at least might consider the whole thing rather than just saying "But hes my friend and i can't date him"

xLEAHx agony auntYes i think you should tell her just that,at the end of the day you want to know where you stand with this girl and what your chances are with her,you say she's become more closer towards you, so maybe her feelings have become stronger for you and she's affraid to let on,seeing as valentines day is on its way why not make it the perfect time to tell her how you really feel in a card with some flowers ect..if it turns out she still just wants to be friends then so be it ..keep in contact with her but block her from your thoughts as anything else and move on with your life.

good luck hun and hope all works out

the best thing i can tell you is that is better to try and fail than to fail by not trying. So go for tell her how you feel and if it dose not work you can just be friends!
