1) She does like you and you make her nervous explaining the behaviour you have described meaning you have a very good chance with her.
2) She could be like me and is just incredibly nervous when talking to boys in general and she is not flirting with you.
The easiest way to find out is to ask.
As you said you talk openly with her..wouldn't it be easiest to talk your feelings over with her?
