Moving out? Do you mean she was living with him and is supposed to be moving, but has lied to you about it?

Lies are no foundation for a friendship. If you cannot trust her to be truthful with you, what else might she lie about?

I'd say forget this one - UNLESS she really does stop seeing your friend for good and lying about it was a one-off event.
