If you and your bf just started out then that is completely normaal hun.Due to your relationship being new that is the reason for your thougthsJust hang in there after sometime i doubt you would be thinking about him that often.With regards to your age, im not sure what the age restriction is there but here it is 18. I know how you feel. its very normal and everyone has gone through it more then once.. It drives you crazy and you think it will never go away.. and you want to scream.. It will go away or at least subside as time moves on...
So just go with the flow.. write down how you are feeling.. and if you need to throw it away or mail it to yourself... write a poem... this may help. get busy doing something to get your mind off him... It happens in every age.. its the reason we are attracted to each other.. its life girl.. go with the flow...

 Its not a bad thing that he is always on your mind, it just means that you like him alot, infact i think its kind of nice that you think about him alot.
I do however think that 16 is a little to young to get married. Why don't you date seriously for a couple of years before you start thinking about engagememt & marriage.
