you could be suffering from mild anxiety due to the stress of your exams. i suffer from anxiety and recently started listening to meditation music at night. this has helped me so much and teaches you to relax and breathe when you feel panicky. as for the dizzy spells, this may also have something to do with anxiety but more to do with your diet maybe. try changing your diet and including more iron and green veg.

Well if there is nothing physically wrong then it obviously is stress of some kind and the GCSE's and boyfriend situation are the obvious suspects.
Your GCSEs are over for now so that should help.
As for the boyfriend thing, go out and get your hair cut and buy some make up. That always makes me feel pretty and cheers me up.
Then it's just a matter of going out, having fun with your friends and maybe starting a new hobby or club so you meet new boys.
Good Luck!! xx

However, I do believe this website could help if you're still getting them.
