I have been with my boyfriend for awhile, but I just feel like I dont know what I am doing. I know what to do, but what else can I do besides just laying there? Also, when we are doing it doggystyle, am I just supposed to stay still? I am so confused and I want to feel like I am actually doing something! Thanks

Secondly, there is no right or wrong way to have sex, just do what feels good. The more you relax, the better it will become. When he is having sex with you from behind, push back gently if it feels right - it is best not to be too rigid and just go with the flow, but you can by all means allow him to set the pace. Finally, don't worry so much! With practice you will be fine. Have fun sweetie!!x
