The 1st step to solve such problems is to avoid situations that put you in such a position.If you know being alone with a guy will lead to other things that you won't be able to refuse don't go there.I think you need to start thinking about yourself as well more than others.You need to care about your feelings as well.Hope you manage to get things together.

 Try practicing how to say no in front of the mirror and see what you look like. Psyche yourself, if you cannot say no, then you will be in a lot of troubles. That would make you want to say a BIG NO!
If they go too far, just pushed them away and get up. You will break the momentum and things would be different.
It is not about being rude , it is about encroaching into your privacy and rights. They have no respects and they are rude and not you.If they don't treat you well, they deserved being hurt.Those people can be liken to leaches and parasites.They come for your blood.
