first things first. take a pregnancy test, then you can go from there. spotting and missed periods are definitely signs of pregnancy, but they can also be signs of something else. once you know for sure if you're preggers, consider your options. sounds like abortion is first thing on your mind. they are usually 300 and up. either way git on on it. you don't want to let it go on too long.

Have you taken a pregnancy test?
There is an early abortion pill available that you can take up to 8 weeks into your pregnancy. After that you are looking at full clinical abortion.
You need to go and speak to a doctor, to find out all your options and get an STI check while you are there.
