writes: Like many people, I have a fat fetish, I am a 'Fat Admirer', I like big bellies. This in itself isn't a problem- my problem is that thinking of these fantasies is the only thing that gives me an orgasm; both during masturbation and during foreplay and sex with my partner. I love my partner to bits and fancy the pants off him, but if I decide I'm going to stay in the moment when we're together, I find I can't come and a few minutes of escape into my fat fantasy world brings me to climax. I am afraid everytime I do this I am reinforcing to myself that this is the only thing that makes me come. What can I do to change this? I want to come because of something real, not something imaginary.

Maybe its a 'taboo' thought of someone of authority?Either way, if you feel/believe it is an issue and you want to address it, the best way is to seek counselling.Perhaps discussion of it will help you gain perspective and if you view this 'fetish' as a road block to orgasms and a connection with your partner; then work that with a trained counsellor.Best Wishes!
