If I know he works with someone pretty i imagine him thinking about her while we make love, and if he is staring into space I think he is thinking about her.I have read on the internet that it is normal or healthy to have crushes on others, but the thought just makes me SICK and ANGRY!! I can't cope with it at all. I feel miserable. I couldnt bare my boyfriend to be thinking about how lovely another girl is why he is next to me.How do people cope with these jealous feelings arising from your other liking someone else??BTW I trust him 100% he'd never go behind my back so what is it that makes me feel so screwed up and jealous about this? I don't even have proof he has crushed on anyone except my own thoughts that go round and round.

You need to actively stop yourself thinking these thoughts. By this I mean every time a thought like this comes into your head tell yourself to stop being silly and make yourself think about something else. This will take practice but the more you do it the less it will happen and eventually you will not even think about it.
