I had her on facebook but she deleted me recently because we weren't really "friends", which I can understend. After I switched schools, my feelings for her slowly drifted away, until I saw her again at a huge event where many different schools including hers took part. Unfortunately, I didn't get to talk to her but we did make eye contact a few times. I can't stop thinking about her ever since. How should I approach this situation? I have no means of communicating with her except for the internet. Please help me out with this one...

If the internet is the only way you can speak to her and you really want to talk to her then that is what you will have to do.
Try adding her on facebook again, or sending her a message. If she accepts try talking on chat and getting to know her before asking her to meet or for a number.
