A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

So I am going to the doctor tomorrow.

My period stopped yesterday then last night it was spotting and i have some brown spotting this morning.

I am positive I am not pregnant. My last 2 periods (May 28th and June 16th) were irregular. First one was a few days late (I was under a lot of stress) and this last one was a few days early.

Has this ever happened to any of you girls out there?

Why the heck do I get a lingering fear im pregnant when I know I am not? I even bought preggo tests and took 2 of them. One on the 27th and One last week on the day of my period. Both were negative. Plus I had sex 8 weeks ago.

I am on the pill. I think I missed a pill during sex. But only one. and he did not ejaculate in or near me.

I have no pregnancy signs.

Im just achy but I was traveling since Thursday of last week.

My legs hurt and my lower back kinda aches but I think thats from the strange beds and 8 hour plane rides.

A female reader, Sincerely Yours United States +, writes (22 June 2010):

Sincerely Yours agony auntConsider miscarriage over period.

Also consider having a PH balance in your vagina, causing mild, harmless infection that developed during your period and whose discharged caused you to have odd-colored spotting afterward as it was drawing out the rest of the blood.

You can go to webmd.com and click on the link to the symptom checker, and you can go to the doctor. This really isn't a medical website, we're not exactly qualified to put you at ease.
