A female Australia age 41-50, anonymous writes:

i am so sorry this is so long. i just want to know if anyone else has this problem. i have heaps of white discharge. all the time for about 2 years now. maybe a little less. i thought it was yeast ifections. so i would treat it as such and sometimes it would go away. it always came back. then i thought that maybe it was our water cause that wasnt the best. so i just kept myself really clean and that didnt work either. i went to the doctor and they told me that i didnt have a yeast infection. i had a urinary tract infection. gave me pills, sent me on my way. but yet again, i still get the white discharge. so, back to the doctor, get tested for std's. came out completely clean. was told that i have a high white blood cell count in my blood and urine. maybe a slight UTI again. gave me pills, sent me home. i get checked again because 1. i still have heaps of discharge and 2. i have abdomen pain all the time. i do have endometriosis so that could contribute to this i think. i also had gum disease recently treated which the dentist says poisons your blood so i think that could be it also. anyway. they checked me out, said i dont have cervical cancer or pelvic inflamitory disease. so what else could it be? i am starting to worry as all this discharge doesnt make for a very good sex life, and what if it is some kind of cancer? any ideas?

Being that you have endometriosis could be a huge factor. I'm guessing they keep giving you antibiotics for the high white blood cell count, considering that usually means that there is an infection somewhere. A UTI doesn't cause discharge--it has nothing to do with your sex organs, just hurts really bad to pee! But I'm sure you know that. I'm not sure how things work in Australia, maybe your primary care physician can refer you to a specialist.
