He is the type of person that you cant wait to see and no matter how bad your day is he seems to make it better. So what do I do? Because I have already tried everything I can think of to get rid of my crush on him!

In order to find out you have to play it cool, you say he flirts with you right, then you have to do the same but with a twist.........does he know your bi by the way?????
Flirt with him but in a "weak" manner, dont come on too strong
For eg. Look him directly in the eyes for about 3 sec. , smile then turn away slowly and continue doing whatever you were doing without looking back at him again for the rest or most of the day. Try to ignore him a bit............he probably flirts with you because he notices that you gawk at him all day.
Maybe because of his age he doesn't want to get with someone younger.
This might sound a bit out of the way but if he was drunk......................... you could find out..............NOT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HIM IM STRICTLY AGAINST THAT but to ask seeing he'll probably babble on when drunk and not remember a thing in the morning. Christmas is coming up maybe you could suggest a company party or have one of your own........I'm just using some critical thinking here thats all. I've never done them before.
PS. You could try and be his secret admirer and if you want to stop liking him try to find as much physical and mental "flaws" as you can
For eg. How oily his skin is, color of teeth, tongue, eye bags ANYTHING YOU CAN FIND and try to focus on them and hopefully you'll lose interest. Wish you gave more info though. Good luck.
