writes:I have 2 guy friends (we all belong to the same organization in school) and lately, they're driving me insane as I speculate on whether either of them likes me or not, ithat/i way. Lots of times, I think I'm just being paranoid but I want to know for sure.I have this crush on one of my friends. He teases me a lot although he is nice to me most of the time. I think I'm the closest girl friend he has in the organization because he does things that he never does to others (treats me snacks, gives me souvenirs when he goes out of town, etc.). He even has a nickname for me (he's the only one in the world who calls me that way). Sometimes I think I catch him looking at me. Somebody even caught him staring, once. We don't have problems being in close contact because only a few nights ago, in an out-of-town school activity, with a bunch of friends in the room, we were lying on his bed (shoulders touching and all) doing nothing.I have reasons to believe that he knows that I have a crush on him but it's either he's oblivious (which I think is a bit weird considering that one of my friends (he doesn't know her) implied that I talk about him a lot). But I still am confused because he doesn't always reply when I SMS him and I think he has a girlfriend (although no one in the organization knows). Basically we're only always in touch with each other when there's something to be done in the organization.About the other friend...I consider him as one of my closest friends, I'm just confused because he always hugs me, scolds me, and teases me to the point of tears. I only gave it a thought because one of my friends speculates that he likes me. I also noticed that he doesn't badmouth me even though I let him down sometimes (and I get a lot of bitterness from him when people disappoint him).I'm confused about this one because someone actually asked him if he likes me that way because he teases me mercilessly. He said no, in all honesty. Now I really don't know!

Boys that tease you, look at you a lot and give gifts generally fancy you. Why dont you casually ask him if he has a girlfriend? Then you will know for sure. If you are too embarrased, you could just wait and see what happens. Maybe you can ask him to do something with you out of this organisation? Go ice-skating, cinema, or for a burger?
Guy number 2 doesnt sound like much of a friend, let alone a potential boyfriend! If you are close to tears when he talks to you, why bother? Ok he might not badmouth you, but are his other qualities really that good?
To be honest i think guy 1 seems nicer, and its obvious he likes you. you just need to make something happen.
