I had an eptopic pregnancy... is something still worng?

hi !! i had 2 ectopic pregnancy and i lost both of my tubes. after the fisrt ectopic my body wasnt the same when i had sex it smell funny and i have a lot of flu but when i go to the doctor they dont find anythink now that i just got my other ectopic it stil the same and the smell odor and flu still coming what should i do??
