It was fun at first, but I got waaaaay too drunk, and he ended up having to "babysit" me till like 6 in the morning, cause I couldn't drive! I know he was really irritated with that fact alone, but I made it even worse by being one of those annoying drunk people. I don't remember everything, but I know I acted a total arse! This isn't typical behavior for me by anymeans, and I woke up this morning feeling sooooooo embarassed and ashamed with myself. Is there anything I can do to apologize, or make up for it? Or did I totally blow my chances with this guy?

Drunk people are so pathetic its actually kinda funny to tease them and watch them squirm.

Depends on how he feels on people getting totally pissed.
Even if he thinks it is okay if he or other men do it, he might not accept it if a woman does it.
At least he cared enough to stick around and did not abuse the situation.
If you really feel bad about it, yes you could talk to him about and give an apolgy, nothing to dramatic, it wasn't like you killed his puppy, insulted his beliefs (did you?).
If you were just a regular drunken nuisance, a simple apology might be a good opener, see how he reacts and act on that.
But be careful, he might have gotten the wrong impression about what kind of girl you are. After all, how do you know he didn't sell tickets in the hall while you were out cold if you get my drift.
But most likely, he will just see you as a bit of a silly girl who he cared enough about to see you came to no harm.
