 He is waiting until you are legally able to have a sexual relationship at 16. However, only you can decide when you are ready for sex - being 16 isn't the answer, it is all about having a friendship with this man rather than sexual thrills alone. I am guessing if you have sex with him it will be your first time so I think you should think if he likes you as much as you like him. Don't have sex to make him like you - it never works out that way! If he did like you a lot, he would be going out with you now as boyfriend and girlfriend (sex wouldn't be an issue as you can go out together without doing it) and not just occasional meets in a club. Be careful!
