reader, anonymous, writes (23 July 2011): What, exactly, do you mean by not managing to cum? Is there no ejaculate? In your age range, I would think about retrograde ejaculation; that is when the ejaculate goes backwards into the urinary bladder instead of following its normal course. Maybe you should see a urologist.
