He has a job that means he works out of town a lot and I know when he is out of town, he goes out with the people he works with. He is a very flirty person and I feel really insecure about my weight I am wondering if I should worry about him when he goes out or not? Our sex life hasn't been the same for a long time. I worry...

Well unless there is a concrete reason too then I would have to say no because it seems to me that there is nothing abnormal about his behaviour and that should give you cause for undue concern. You have been with this guy a long time and you need to remember that ever time you are feeling insecure.
It seems to me that your insecurities are very much about yourself and extending into fears about your relationship. I think you need to work on why you are feeling this way about yourself. Is it just because you have gained a little weight or is there a deeper reason?? Hope that helps. Take care.
