Are there any things I can do to make my vagina tighter? I know about Kiegels and vagina cones but I'm wondering if there's anything else and especially if there's surgery for it. And does anyone else have this problem?Thank you!

I wasn't just on about when you pee. You can exercise your pelvic muscles anytime, any place!

I'm pregnant right now and worried that I will pee myself and pregnancy will ruin my muscles down there. I am doing exercises to keep them in shape. Tighten your pelvic muscles like you are pausing yourself during a wee and hold for a few seconds then release. You can do these exercises anywhere as no one can tell you are doing them. You can do them as many times you like a day aswell :D
