A female reader, AngelofLove United Kingdom +, writes (28 December 2006):

AngelofLove agony auntYou need to tell him how you feel, find a compromise.

There must be favourite shows he prefers to watch, then make some quality time for both of you.

When commercial comes on, hold his hand whilst you wearing a sexy outfit, lingerie, to divert his attention.

Have dinner with TV switched off, this will help to have an adult conversation and face to face.

Get a hobby you can both enjoy. Most important, talk about this with him. Be gentle so it does not appear that you are nagging but explain to him how important this is to you and how the relationship is being affected.

Good luck xxx
